BIO

Garth is a patent attorney with 20 years of experience writing and prosecuting patent applications.  Managing as many as 15 attorneys at a time, Garth successively led Pfizer Legal Division’s Cardiovascular, Inflammation, Oncology and Neuroscience groups securing IP estates for several billion-dollar drug franchises.  He has been an active participant in several litigations in State, Federal, and Administrative courts and has been a witness for Pfizer before various governmental bodies.  Shepherding multiple compounds from conception through post drug approval, he has honed a unique ability to see around the corners of the development process and help our clients identify opportunities and challenges for their concept and how to manage them in a time appropriate and cost effect manner so as to enhance the value of the drug franchise.
